Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Open Road Toyota. The receptionist seemed to be possibly a new employee, as she didn't know some of the employees. My only complaint would be the insurance lady who I found to be a little pushy and rude (I know she's not your employee).
