It was nice that a dealership would do a few small things to make my daughter’s first car look good. A new battery was appreciated to make it a reliable vehicle for her.

Dindo the product advisor made sure to give full information about the car I was looking for, also Mao Ho was awesome and very patient to show me every single detail about accessories and how to navigate with so much tec. around and Chris Hjerpe outstanding customer service. Overall all my experience was amazing.
Our purchase with OpenRoad Toyota was phenomenal from start to finish, especially after an extremely negative experience with Langley Toyota. We received excellent customer service from Mahfuzur Hussain throughout the purchase process, Mao Ho provided a comprehensive and knowledgable explanation of the vehicle features, and the finance application/paperwork was seamless working with both Jessica and Bruno Curvo. Kind representatives, however i wish that port moody offered the same incentives to buy as other dealerships. I felt taken advantage of because of a supply and demand factor. Peace arch was willing to give me 12 months tire coverage as well as the key replacement. And port moody only offered a key replacement, I already have 2 keys, I feel like you play the odds in your favour. And personally I find this unattractive. Zero incentive to stay a customer.
