I was treated very respectfully and fairly by both the salesman and the delivery specialist. They were very helpful and honest. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Open Road Toyota in Port Moody and I would recommend them to friends.

Bruno went above and beyond in helping me. Mao walked me through my new vehicle in a detailed manner, making sure that I was aware of all the features.
Salesperson (Jayson) and product specialist (Mo) provided positive experience. Timing for new vehicle seemed strange as no one knew the precise eta. After reviewing dealership financing, I would not choose this option as Toyota financing is more straightforward. Unfortunately, the dealership did not offer Toyota financing for the deal.
The staff I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and courteous . Sean and Bruno were great to deal with and helped every step of the way .
Our experience with this dealership was truly exceptional. Knowledge and service by the staff were outstanding. Paul, the sales representative was very perfect in his communication with us, and Mao, the delivery technical expert was very clear in his technical instructions. My wife (the owner of the new vehicle) and I were impressed by the quality of service. Many thanks for excellence in service delivery.
