I experienced complete lack of transparency on the recent purchase of a used Nissan Rogue. They knowingly sold me a vehicle that had been smoked in. I purchased the vehicle from BC and did most of the paperwork over the phone. I had complete faith in the integrity of this business as i falsely assumed they would disclose something important as a smoked-in vehicle. not enough car information Bought a second hand dodge caravan couple months ago, as i love a a mini van for my family but first of all, they did not cleaned it well as the previous owner has a pet and hairs is all over the interior. Then, i was on summer road trip when one of the tires loss air. when i look underneath, there's no reserved tire! If i was just informed beforehand, there's minimal hassle when its happened.
SIX times and still not fixed! 2019 370Z since new has intermittent power loss. Been in shop for a month in the year I've had it. No solution in sight! The shop had put over 1000 km. on it, replaced numerous sensors and the wiring harness, now want me to keep driving for yet another code. I'VE ALREADY BROUGHT IT IN 6 TIMES! There are safety considerations, and I'm curious how many times does this have to happen before Nissan takes more definitive action? Do I have to be in an accident before I'm taken more seriously?
Dishonest Don’t ask for Evan. I had a specific vehicle promised to me at a specific deal agreed upon and this was sold right under my nose. When I was offered another vehicle in lieu of this one they even reneged on prior offer. I will not be purchasing my vehicles from here.

WORST DEALERSHIP IN OKOTOKS!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!! They sold us a vehicle that twice almost had a wheel fall off. When we investigated, there was a recall of the same vehicle having the same issues. Okotoks Nissan will not take any ownership of the situation and even suggested that someone was loosening the nuts on our wheels. What terrible customer service! WORST Service "Customer Service" Ever Worst service customer service ever. I took my vehicle for three oil changes in a row after purchasing my vehicle. Then took it to Mr. Lube and was promptly told someone had stripped the drain plug and forced a tap and die plug in. Mr. Lube took photos for me and I returned to Okotoks Nissan to find out what had happened. Called about a used van, they said it was still available Very surprised to see the positive reviews, customer service is weak. I called about a vehicle to confirm it was available and on site. They checked and confirmed it was. I made an appointment, was told to ask for the 'used car manager', Mugill (spelling?). Worst buying experience of my life!!!! Ok where to start! I bought my car from Okotoks Nissan back in August and right from the start it was horrid! I first called around because I was looking for a very specific car, a red Chrysler 300 which which the guy on the phone said they did.
