Great experience, very easy I am a first time buyer and I had a family friend recommend Miguel. As a first time buyer I was definitely nervous but Miguel was knowledgable, friendly and helped me understand what I was looking at or getting into. Great customer service!

Positive and friendly Jordan and Steve made purchasing my replacement car a pleasure. Excellent Customer Service Popped into Nissan to take a look around. Immediately we were approached by Evan who was very knowledgable about the different vehicles, taking time to listen to our wants and giving his suggestions. He displayed excellent customer service and made our "stop in" experience the best I've had at a dealership. Highly recommend seeking his advice if you stop at Okotoks Nissan!

Prompt and professional! I went on the lot about 2 months ago just walking through not really wanting to buy. I ended up talking with Jordan for a few minutes about the new diesel Titan XD. At that point i wasn't ready to get rid of my Ram. However as the days went on, the Titan started showing up more and more in my thoughts. I couldn't take it anymore and had to go in and try one. Great Knowledge and Excellent Service We were looking for a newer vehicle and had a few ideas in mind. Evan, one of the Okotoks Nissan Sales Associates took the time to understand our needs, discuss some options with us and line up some test drives.
