Minor Issue was Handled to Perfection. I went in, on a whim, to see if my wife's Q60 could be addressed for a minor hood alignment. Service was excellent and made the necessary repairs on the spot with no charge. I had enough time for a Starbucks coffee and pastry. Well done Infiniti.
Oil & Filter change. We have never had a bad experience with Infiniti. They have always made our visits a pleasure. The service department staff are always helpful and kind to deal with.
Excellent customer service Overall we had excellent service at Oakville Infiniti. Our sales person was Sunny and he went out of his way to answer all of our questions and provide great service. We purchased a vehicle that day. Christine in the finance department amazing as well. We would definitely recommend Oakville Infiniti.
Excellent Friendly, attentive, quick service provided. Oakville Infiniti employees are very friendly and attentive and provide great customer service. The lounge area is comfortable if you want to wait or they will provide a shuttle service, I believe within Oakville. Very happy with my first service.

Great service from this dealership. They keep me informed throughout by the service process with how much longer they will take with my vehicle. The service rep didn’t pressure me into completing services that are not completely necessary, which I appreciate. I like that I can usually get an appointment fairly easily on a weekend and that from beginning to end, the service appointment never really takes all that long.
Excellent customer service! I have always had very positive customer service when bringing my vehicle in for service. The service area is always ready for my vehicle to arrive and the area is always well kept and clean. The employees always know me by name and always say hello and how are you even if dealing with another service person.
Service Excellent customer service with Lukas every time I visit. He takes the time to explain everything very thoroughly. I mentioned am interested in the QX50 as my next car and he offered to provide a QX50 as the loaner car for the day while the work was completed on my car.
