I have had good and not so good experiences with the service dept. Their fee structure is totally unexplainable. Clarity is definitely missing. Unfortunately, the service setup is a pure money grab.
"401-Dixie Infiniti" is where you want to go for service, NOT "Oakville Infiniti". Dixie will diagnose your problem correctly the first time. Oakville was going to need at least three visits. Oakville would not let me order a warranteed part over the phone, even with a credit card. I was asked to go there in person even though I lived 50 miles away. They said it was their policy.
