Unmatched customer service. Best experience buying a vehicle. Not rushed or pressured at all. They made all the numbers make sense for us. For the price I don't believe you can get a better vehicle in North America. I will recommend this dealership and sales/management staff to all my friends and family. Ive never walked from a dealer as happy as I did today.

I HAVE A NEW CAR The guys were great. I love sales and have sales training etc so I always find it fascinating what sales techniques and strategies salespeople use. Ty and Lucus were easy going, no hard sales, no pressure. Accommodating. Kyle was professional but also fun to deal with. Nice job everyone.

Best of bad situation Our salesman James cannon and the finance manager Kyle Wilson went above and beyond to help my wife buy her first vehichle. It wasn't the vehicle she wanted but they added a couple things to make her happy and on her way to get the vehicle she wants. They had the papers drawn up and winter tires on the car all so she didn't have to waste time after work. Highly reccomwnd
Great experience! Lucas was the sales rep we dealt with, he was very friendly, personable and was able to answer our questions and get us everything we wanted. Dom was also really good, didn’t deal with him much, but he seemed to be very knowledgeable in regards to the truck. Holly made the finance portion a breeze, very personable and explained everything in great detail. So helpful! In my search for an SUV, I had the pleasure of learning from James Robertson. while I was unable to find just the car I was looking for in my price range, I learned a lot about the Nissan Rogue from James, and later, purchased one elsewhere, tho I wish I could have purchased it from him. In my time at Northland Nissan, I was impressed with the knowledge, friendliness, and desire to help that was shown. I will for sure be taking my Rogue there for service in the future, and would highly recommend this dealership.
