Loyalty at its best! We purchased a vehicle in Alberta which required an out-of-province inspection. No one in town had opening for several days and our binder insurance was set to expire. We decided to stop by Northland Nissan just to inquire. We were very pleasantly surprised how Lisa accommodated us by squeezing the inspection in a very busy schedule at the shop. Always very friendly and welcoming. Gets the job done in a timely manner and their time estimates are fairly accurate which is always nice with a busy family.
Friendly service, like the detailed estimates of suggested repairs, but would have hoped for a bit of a shorter waittime (1.5hrs for an oil change and multipoint inspection).
Excellent fast service. Service staffs are also excellent in handling clients, they are friendly anf approachable.
