Overall the service was great. I used their shuttle service while my car was in maintenance and all the staff at Northland Nissan was nice to me. The only little thing I wanted to point out is they usually wash your car (including your floor mats), and this time they forgot to do it. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thanks!
Everyone I dealt with seemed on the ball and knowledgeable about my inquiry. My Murano got the tire sensors fixed and they washed my vehicle. It was quite dirty so that was VERY NICE.
