Every time I have gone they have been friendly, open, knowledgeable, and more than happy to answer any questions I may have, no matter what department I'm dealing with.
I had a negative experience at the dealer next door; they played the waiting game, hid costs, made unclear offers and wouldn’t even make me an offer on my trade-in Nissan was the opposite. I never had to wait, they were transparent the whole time and made a fair offer on my trade-in. They even went the extra mile to get the right set of tires on at no extra cost. I’ll definitely shop at Nissan first the next time I’m looking for a car.
