Excellent customer service. I never met the person who worked on my vehicle but I am sure satisfied with the Service Inspection Report Card. I love my car and I am really satisfied with the work that North Bay Toyota does to keep my car working to optimal performance.
Dealt with Nick (Sales) and Dawn (Business) both were very responsive and professional! The RAV4 was our first New Toyota and we are looking forward to it. Looking forward to meeting the service team next spring.
Awesome experience with great customer service I have been there twice recently (sister purchased a car then last week my husband and I purchased a truck) and excellent service both times. Roberto is friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely ask for him if you go there. Dawn in the finance department was great as well.
