Everything went smoothly and effortlessly. We were thrilled by the trade-in value offered and the new Tacoma we purchased. This is our 5th Tacoma from North Bay Toyota yet we live 200 km away.
I was greeted by the person at the desk as soon as I arrived. I was told how long to expect the appointment to take. The appointment was complete on time (a few minutes early). It would have been great if my vehicle would have been able to have been washed. Is this not happening because of COVID?
