Excellent service, took care of all issues regarding the leasing of the new vehicle, and made sure everything was in order before I left. Follow up calls and concerns were appreciated. Would recommend North Bay Toyota to anyone!

I ordered my new Prius never having any dealings with North Bay Toyota. A coworker bragged about Roberto and the North Bay dealership. While waiting for it's arrival ( my beautiful Prius ) our Camry needed service . We had a nice first time experience with the staff. Lynn our service manager was great .
Quick deal, worked with my budget, very awesome customer service, very helpful. Thank you North Bay Toyota and thank you Mike and Susie!
Good experience Although had to wait four months for vehicle to come in and that was only because someone else canceled but that is the way it is now
Service team was awesome in looking at and fixing my vehicle quickly. My only negative comment is what seemed to be the lack of caring from the salesperson who just sold me the vehicle a month ago. I would have thought they would care more about my overall experience.
I dropped out of the service department a number of years ago. After long years of excellent service, in all respects, in my experience it went to xxxx in a handcart. I'm SO pleased to find that the service department has returned to the excellent quality of service and care I had originally experienced. Courteous, professional, efficient,--all the best Thank-you!

Working with Mike has always been a pleasant experience. We had been watching the used car inventory at NBT casually looking for a replacement to our Corolla iM. We were fortunate to find something at NBT that fit our criteria, the only "downside" was the vehicle wasn't a Toyota. We will definitely shop NBT again when the need arises.
