Staff are always pleasant, either on phone or in-person at the desk. Service requirements are explained in detail. My new Rav4 and I are finally in sync. I'm a senior and it's taken some time getting used to the new technology. Six months later I'm finding it 'exciting'. What a pleasant extra to enjoy having the 'car wash' available at no extra cost. I noticed a sign at the Subaru dealership next door to your dealership advertising an "all brands" 15% discount, if I brought my vehicle there for servicing. This would have saved me about $25.00. Does your dealership have a loyalty offer like this? In these tough economic and competitive times, it would be nice to get some sort of loyalty discount.

Excellent staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Staff took time for me even when I didn't have an appointment. They were knowledgeable and able to satisfactorily answer all my questions.
