Worst costumer service ever! Le gerant de la vente de services dauto d'ocassion "Fabio" est tres mal polie et ne tien pas compte de l'experience client chez nissan gabriel jean talon.. je ne recomande pad d'aller achetere nimporte quel voiture dans ce consessionnaire! Vehicule usagé acheter il y a 2mois avec une inspection mecanique fait par nissan et on est le 2 aout et il y a deja des reparation a faire et ils ne veulent rien savoir.. Bref, aller ailleurs pour un achat de vehicule svp!

The dealer looks down on the client. The worst service This place has the worst car dealer in the town. The dealer is not respectful nor helpful. Instead of finding a good deal for client, he convinces us to change to a cheaper model and say inappropriate word in a way to look down on clients. Plus, there are plenty of hidden service fee. Worst experience ever for service with a dealership This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They are liars and procrastinators and avoid your calls. My car has been there for a month, for replacement of a transmission that they destroyed by putting mismatched winter tires on my car, still no news at all. When I call I get passed around to voice mails and nobody ever calls me back.

Le service à la clientèle est terrible , j'ai reçu mon auto neuf avec de problème mécanique et ils refusent de régler. J'ai payé par un mois deux voiture parce que il envoie trop tard chez Nissan Canada le fin de contract location de mon ancienne auto. L'immatriculation est pas annulé de mon ancien auto.

Terrible service I booked a appointment for 8 am to have wipers looked at and some other checks with the option to rent a car from them for the day but the experience was terrible. This is a car dealership but they had no cars available to me for rental! I had to call them many times during the day to check on the status of the repairs but could not speak to someone as I was only being transferred to voicemails. No call returns at all.
