Service failed to remind one annual brake maintenance, cost a fortune to change 4 pads and discs $960, so frustrated with their service. Overall it's fine. But what surprised me is that all of sudden I was told to change 4 brake discs and pads, saying it was because of rust! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AUCUN SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE!!! Nous avons deux autos : une Jetta et une Rogue, version luxe. En raison de la pandémie, nous sommes au Nouveau-Brunswick et ne pouvons nous déplacer à Montréal. Ce n'est pas une option. Worst tire change experience of my life Booked an appointment for a winter tire change 48 hours in advance and delivered them the car at the exact time agreed in the morning. Was promised that the car would be ready in 3 to 4 hours but that they would do their best to finish it earlier. Came back after 3 hours and a half to take back the car to be told that they had just gone to bring the tires and that I shouldn’t have come to the dealership before receiving a call. Poorest service in Montreal If you wish to go home with a car not safe to drive, leave it with Nissan Gabriel Jean-Talon. We left the car so the transmission would be repaired. In 2 days we got the car "ready". But it is absolutly dangerous to drive. Never recommend to use their garage. Poor service. Stay away.
Insulting! I've never been to any car dealers that oblige you to sign purchase papers before going for a test drive. We were very interested but will be going elsewhere. Learn proper customer service!!
Not all service requested done! In addition to having my winter tires installed and a repair from a previous visit where the part was on back order, I had an annoying rumbling sound from my rear speaker. I was told that it was fixed, but I doubt that it was touched as the annoying sound was still present when I got into my car. Another service agent even heard it (as he was outside when I picked up the car)! Problem is that I need to inconvenience myself and go back to have it fixed again!
Service à la Clientele inexistant J’ai fait des réparations de carrosserie chez Nissan Gabriel Jean-Talon suite à un accident suite à une entente avec leur garage pour laquelle je me suis beaucoup impliqué avec mon assureur. Je récupère mon véhicule 5 semaines après, au lieu des 2 semaines prévues avec en prime un intérieur sale est poussiéreux, batterie vidée, des réparations non satisfaisantes et les promesses orales non tenu.
