Do not buy used cars from here I purchase a 2011 Kia Sorento from Niagara Falls Nissan on April 16th 2018. From the beginning I've had nothing but issues with the vehicle and I have brought it back to Nissan multiple times. The first time I brought the vehicle back there was an issue with the gear clutch and the AC was not working I also complained about about the engine making a sound, this was less than a week after I purchase a vehicle. SERVICE STAFF RUDE. UNFRIENDLY. MAKE YOU FEEL UNWELCOME WENT IN FOR A SERVICE ON MY NISSAN FOUND SERVICE STAFF (BOB) EXTREMELY RUDE, MAYBE CAUSE I AM FEMALE. I WAS VERY UPSET THE WAY HE TALKED TO ME! MADE ME FEEL SO SMALL! I JUST WANTED TO LEAVE VEHICLE FOR COUPLE OF HOURS TO GET OIL CHANGE AND MADE IT SUCH A BIG DEAL LIKE THEY WERE SO BUSY? Nightmare! Second NEW vehicle purchase This is my second purchase from Niagara Falls nissan of a brand new vehicle. Totally 75000 dollars by the way. After a huge administration error upon the purchase of my new SUV, i still have yet to be made whole again. Not once had the lady in licensing admitted her error. Instead she spoke to me so ignorantly and explained to me the whole ordeal was in fact my fault. Did not determine the cause of the water leak Unwilling to fix the water leak inside the vehicle, Dodge Journey. Kept it for a long time. Suggested to replace sunroof part without knowing if it was the cause of the leak. After couple of weeks of car being at their lot, suggested to take it to the Dodge Dealer.

Buying a car I went in on a Saturday, saw a car I might be interested in. Went back Monday and started the process, 5 days later they had not completed the deal. I left and went elsewhere and ha a car in 24 hours

Poor Warranty Service This dealership knowingly sold defective brand new Nissan to my elderly father. Kept him at bay the entire 3 year warranty. I would never recommend...I myself went to Hyundai.

Bad salesman There is one salesman (kevin). As long as you dont have to deal with him youl'll be fine. We are buying at another dealership. He doesnt care.
