New car buying experience From the minute we walked into Niagara Falls Nissan we felt comfortable, all the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Not happy at all they completely waisted my time I live 5 hours away from this dealer and made that clear to them I was talking to them about purchasing a vehicle and made arrangements for a friend in the area to go see it this hole discussion started at 8 in the morning when dealership opened the last contact with dealer was at 3:20pm when I received interior photos of the car with no mention of anyone else looking at car or asked if I wanted to put a deposit so still thinking I am going to buy this car and there must not b... read more

I leased a car from them 5 years ago, and had good dealings with them up to now. My lease said I could buy out the car for an agreed sum, and would have to pay for the safety certificate. Then they said the cost to arrange the buyout was $599. This is a complete rip off. The car was owned by Nissan Finance, not the dealership. When I called them, they sent me a payout form for exactly what was shown on the lease, with nothing extra, No $599 fee for doing nothing. If you have a lease upcoming, don;t fall fr their scheme. Went in for a $105. 00 oil change with a 10% discount off letter from the service manager. When I showed the letter clearly stating 10% discount, he adjusted the bill to 5% off labor and 5% off materials calling that 10% discount. I paid $121.82 total with tax with the 5% and 5% discount. When I got home, I never received a copy of my invoice, so I called back to the service manager and questioned him about the discount. Bought new Nissan there, then, referred sister-in-law there, dealer offers $150.00 for referral. They did not pay. Will never do any referrals there anymore!

Awful experience. We put a deposit on a car and they sold it anyway. The ‘sales manager’ appears to lack any kind of business acumen. His cavalier attitude was infuriating. Do not buy a car from them. They are deceitful and apparently unable to honour a commitment.

Against the law this dealership installed tint on my vehicle that was over allowable limit of darkness and regardless of that have passed my safety test afterwards. I hope I'm one of the few who had to deal with this issue and that's this is the only type of illegal action this dealership has done. But it leaves me wounder what else this dealership has closed their eyes on just so they can pass safety tests and sell their cars. Didn't treat me like I was anything important and all he wanted was my signature to buy the vehicle. I had asked him a question after everything was done and purchased the vehicle and he said, not my problem. Go talk to service. Terrible customer service.

Crooks!!!! CROOKS!!! Stay away from this dealership!. The business manager is in the business of unprofessional conduct and blackmailing would be customers. Over the phone she said to me in a very stern voice,"You either take the extras at $800 or I will charge you $800 admin fees.I I need to make money and that's how I do it ( even though I have a Vehicle Purchase Agreement from the salesman that clearly states, 'Admin Fees $10.00).
