Long-term customer most disappointed After being a customer for about 7 years, I did not expect this. Poor customer service/ not well organized I called a month before my scheduled appointment to do my winter tire change, tires on rims, to do a quick in & out to the garage, since I have a busy life like everybody else & I am very organized. Take advantage Went in for 24,000km maintenance. Even though I had an appointment and it was for an oil change was told it would be over a 3 hour wait. I said I would not wait and was going to leave when the condescending service manager came out and we negotiated that I would wait 1.5 hours. Massive over charging in service department Getting charged 300 percent more than what parts are worth and huge amounts of labour; get quotes elsewhere. Gettung charged 50 for a bolt and another 50 to install it; good work if can find it.

Aweful customer service The customer service at Myers Orleans Nissan sucks. I called yesterday to book at appointment to service my car, was on hold for several minutes and later told to leave my name and number so that they can call me later to book the appointment. I waited for over 7 hours and no one called back. I called this morning and spoke to the manager. Surprisingly the manager told me they were busy yesterday and sometimes they miss calls like mine. Poor Poor Poor experience the sale manager was really rude and rough, didn t give me time to talk and negociate. He starts saying bad word regarding the competition.that wasn't fair. i was really upset. i won t recommend this dealership to anyone. this is the first time i got that experience in my life. If in sale i got that experience how it will be for the maintenance of the vehicule later one
Poor , Poor , Poor Experience. Called to verify they had a base Micra , the one on sale for 9,998 . Was told they did. But then it was sold when we went there next morning. Then told they could have one in a week . One week , still no clue as to where there was one. Requested deposit back . Mathieu Pigeon was extremely rude. Brian Fleck however was not.
