This is to complain and inform potential purchasers of a vehicle to avoid Nissan (stay clear and wide). I take my reviews very seriously. This about the Nissan CVT settlement case and Nissans ability to not follow through on their commitment to their customers. Despite being told by the Myers service & warranty department orleans manager at the time, Tina Deschamps and Blair Dawes, that we met all the requirements to qualify for reimbursement through the CVT settlement case, we were denied My family has been a loyal Nissan p... read more

I have a 2018 Nissan Qashqai that I purchased from Orleans Myers in the Spring of 2019 with 26K on it. In the Fall, November 16, 2023, with 51,000km on the car, Myers said that the rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I had the work done. My total bill was $785.89 Today, June 2024 -- 6 months later! I bring the car in as I can sense the back breaks are off. I was informed by Nissan that my rear brakes need to be 'serviced and machine rear rotors' for $380 plus tax. This is 6 month slater! My car is at 55,441K Th... read more

I have a 2020 Nissan Rogue that I got in the fall of 2020. In September 2022, with 25,000km on the car, Myers said that the rear brake pads (only 2mm left) and rotted rotors needed to be replaced because they were not safe to drive with. I was surprised since the car was new. Myers said that it was a combination of rust buildup and the braking system when backing into my garage. My total bill was $999.91. Today, Spring 2024, I was just informed that my rear brakes (only 4mm) I will need to be replaced soon. Second replacemen... read more

I bought a Nissan rouge back in 2018 unfortunately after 4 yrs I realized the sales person and the manager tricked me big time. They lied to me forced, me to get the extra protection plan for my lease which doesn’t even exist. There is no such thing as unlimited kilometres like they stated. unfortunately after 4 yrs I’m disappointed and regret buying from them as now I’ve learnt from another Nissan dealership that I have to pay for the extra kilometres that I’ve already gone over. I trusted them and they just cared about get... read more

I would put zero stars, I was helping a family member search for a used car,and found a little gem at Myers Orleans Nissan. Everything was going fine, saw the car fax a video walk around expressed our interest on Thursday as to appointment for Saturday test drive, and discuss purchasing, due toperson purchasing living in Quebec work timing and curfew. Later that evening Colin called to inform me the car had been listed on a car auction and if we raced over they would by pass the offer on auction. Left a bad taste

Although we had made an appointment at least 3 weeks ahead...this is not the first time that we are faced with having to wait. The first time we were booked to have an oil change as well as a minor soldering of the rattling catalytic converter (which was the second time we were having it done). We dropped off the car at 9:30 a.m. and had tle car bring us over to Place d'Orleans to wait. How long can that work order take?...well at 3 p.m. we contacted them and they said it still wasn't ready...at 5 p.m. they picked us up at P... read more

Very unorganized Had a appointment for 9:00 and they Very unorganized Had a appointment for 9:00 and they told me to leave the truck with them and would get to it as soon as possible. And would call me later and let me know what they find. I told them what the problem was and they are still going to charge me $160 for a diagnostic. And they tell me that I could just go rent a car if I need to leave as it could take all day.

Went to get brake inspected Went to get brakes inspected and right away there was a 90$ charge if it was not under warranty, just to look at it.Even though if it was just a cleaning, which I was prepared to pay for, the 90$ was still there. I guess we have to be mechanic before we bring the vehicle in. So I brought it to another garage and they would not charge to inspect. The worst part is that I only purchased it less than a year ago as a 2019.

Pathfinder 2014 - Power lift gate falls off due to corrosion Took my Pathfinder 2014 because one of the rear liftgate power struts fell off. While inspecting the car, the second one fell off. They told me due to corrosion. I purchased the TriCare extended warranty back when I purchased the vehicle. My expectation was that either Nissan or TriCare would fix the issue since this is not considered normal ware and tare. Those struts are never exposed to the elements unless the gate is open. What a scam this TriCare warranty is. ... read more
