Second trip for the same recall service -waiting and waiting I'm back for a second time for the same recall service. I called two days ago to understand how long i would need to be at the dealership and was told 1 to 2 hours. I drop my car off today and was told it could take 4 to 5 hours because they have other work orders in the que. Myers where greed is #1 customer service is well below that! Since Myers took over Tony graham Service does not exist. I got a recall called to make appointment was told 1:00 pm recall service less than an hour. I drop car off at 12:45 told will not be in shop for several hours. Why did I have an appointment if it just goes in line for the shop did not get car till after 5:00PM Previously called for maintenance appointment last year told 4 weeks before I could bring it in.
