Doug was an amazing sales men. He took the time to go over the vehicle's features and got me a great deal. I was also able to get a good price- deal- for my trade in. I got a great SUV- pathfinder with all the features I wanted and more.

Doug Large was our Sales person, who attentively listened to what I wanted, showed me what was available and stepped me through to the end of sale. I appreciated how transparent he was with information I was asking about my trade in. He reviewed features on the new vehicle to make sure we would be comfortable with features that we weren't familiar with. The finance staff was also very good. Overall a great experience and I have no problem recommending this dealership.

Sharing my experience regarding a wheel alignment on Tuesday, July 19th 2022: Katelin was my Service Rep - and she pulled out all the stops to have a wheel alignment done and completed within an hour with no prior appointment.? This was amazing customer service and I'm very appreciative of the Customer Service and the wheel alignment itself. Thank you Katelin and thank you Bells Corners Myers Nissan.!!
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was completely satisfied with their helpfulness, their detailed explanations, friendliness and I would recommend going there to purchase a vehicle. Because I have just purchased there, I do not have any comments about other aspects of their services other than sales. But so far I am a satisfied customer.
Very shady! They are exactly what most people fear about buying a car. They sell you a vehicle and then another salesman gets a better deal and they make an excuse that the car didn't pass the safety. Then trying to get your deposit bvack is like pulling teeth. You have to harrass them to send it back a week after they screw you over. All that being said, I should not have been surprised. I had the same experience 30 years ago at the original Myers Cream Puff corner. Some things never change.

We had a signed contract. They reneged on our deal at the very last minute and left us car-less in the middle of an international move. Kyle the salesman apologized, but the GM wasted hours of our time with a lot of nonsense about Transport Canada looking over their shoulder to see where the car is registered - when registration is a provincial matter. Untrustworthy, dishonest and uninformed people - do not waste your time on them.

Waste of time Sales person wasted our time. Did not know changes between different models of one of their most popular vehicles! Didn't know accessories, had to look up and print specs, and ask service department for information all while we waited around. Wanted to deal with trade in vehicle and sign on trade paperwork before price negotiation. Wasted two trips to see him and total 4 hrs of our time before he saw manager to give us price way above MRP and other dealerships. What a joke!
