Stuck up sales person I have never experienced worse customer service than at this dealership. The sales person Ben Firouzian is the worst one, pressures you into a sale. And if you don't want to do it this minute he drops you as a customer. How disgusting is that. They should get rid of him, very arrogant individual. The Nissan dealership in Maple Ridge is 1000 times better and customer friendly.
END OF MY DEALINGS WITH MORREY Unlike others, I too have had 2 Brand New cars back to back from them and have experienced nothing but an "I don't care to look after a 9 year loyal customer" attitude. Worst customer service ever! OMG where do I start... first of all I bought a car from here and I regret it immediately. the guy who sold it to me was the biggest piece of xxxx. Also If you ever get an oil change expect to wait 2-3 hours and have them not even wash your car. And the ppl that work there don't even say hello. Terrible please change your staff.

Bad Service errible service, had a 2pm appointment and they made me wait 2 hours before looking at my car. Then they wanted to charge me $125 hr plus tax for diagnosis for something it took them 22 minutes for figure out because I timed them. Then they told me the part would have to come in from Calgary, I said they should check the other Nissan dealerships and sure enough there was a part in Burnaby, funny how I needed to do there job for them. STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!!! This is one dealership that is nice and friendly with you until you sign that paper.. Just stay away and do yourself a favor, the business office which is where you do all your finals numbers is a total rip off.. They put so much pressure on you that it gets nasty. Rick the brown is a total jerk, he's a good liar! I say go to a few dealerships first and see what they have to offer first, but my advice is that even if you have to pay 1k more just find another dealership seriously!
incompetent When we bought the car they asked if we would like extended warranty.They said if not used we would get $2000. back.So why not sound like a good idea. now after the 6 years are up we find out they filled out the form in correct..We are not getting anything back.They will not return our calls.Beware extended warranty is not with Nissan

When things go wrong with your Nissan vehicle, Morrey Nissan and Nissan Canada will "throw" you under the bus. Take my purchase of a new 2005 Pathfinder. A manufacturers defect caused thousands of transmissions to fail in Nissan Pathfinders including mine. I was told that $5000 was a deal they could offer me to replace my transmission although it was 3 years old. Although I am satisfied with the vehicle I purchased, I will be hard pressed to set foot in Morrey Nissan of Coquitlam again. The after sales service is horrendous. Scetchy finance people, rude service desk employees, careless lot attendants are just a few of the problems I have encountered there. Take your business elsewhere. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! once they have your money you are immediately forgotten about.
