It was a great experience with Justin in Morrey Nissan Coquitlam. I felt at ease from start to the end when I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra. He explained characters of new Sentra compared with other lines of Nissan and used cars considering of my budget. His professional and welcoming attitude gave me a sence of trust and reassurement at the same time. I am looking forward to staying in touch with Justin until I enjoy my car or new Nissan.
The sales person is friendly and has strong patience. They don't push customers to make decisions. I would like to go there again in the future.
I was going to purchase the Altima at West Coast Nissan in Pitt Meadows and had such a terrible experience with the service. Andrew Mah, our car salesman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had previously been in a serious car accident and suffer from whiplash and back issues; it was extremely important that I find a vehicle that had a head rest that did not push my head forward and a seat that provided good lumbar support. Purchased a 2017 Rogue (used) Mar 5 2021. Complained that the transmission was slipping in Dec 2021. Only use the car part time and I ride a motorcycle in the summer. Vehicle was used very little ( only had 2 oil changes required). When I dropped off the car to the dealer to identify was was wrong. I was told I need a new trans for 9K. Stay away from Nissan and Morrey. They dont back their products
My wife and I bought a car in July 2022 from morrey nissan a month later a drunk driver crashed into it writing it off . I called and asked eldwin for the extended warranty back he said it is non refundable ( $4100) but if I buy another car he will TRY to transfer it , all he wanted to do is make another sale . He said he'll look into it and never returned my call . To this day have not heard from them , what a joke the car was a month old.
This was once a reputable dealer but not under current ownership. Service department has recommended questionable repairs, twice after supposedly fixed the first time and the sales manager treats returning customers poorly with lost leads and you feel like your carpet trading not buying a new car. I am a 4 time Nissan owner and though I love the product I hate being treated questionably by unprofessional sales associates. Will not return to this dealership and recommend Apple Wood if you are looking for a new car.
For the second consecutive year when I booked my winter tire installation they forgot to bring them in from Storage. No apology whatsoever and just offered to rebook for next week. I specifically requested to make sure they bring the tires in and they had three days to get them in. The service attendant spoke to his manager who jay shrugged his shoulders and went back to doing nothing. I won’t bring my vehicle back here to Coquitlam Morrey Nissan ever again. So many other examples throughout the years but I’m done now
