Don't go to Morrey Nissan in Burnaby! www.morreynissanburnaby.com/ In 2014 I brought in my Nissan Frontier SE 4x4 for a warranty issue. I was told that the Frontiers' transmission and radiator have a design flaw and that my transmission would need to be replaced. Overpriced car, subpar quality of service My purchase of 2016 Nissan Rogue was overpriced. When doing the test drive, they give you the top of the line. When the negotiation began, they didn't specify what was NOT included in the base pricing. Needless to say, I didn't get the GPS that I wanted in my first car. Biggest rif off dealership in Canada They told me my Nissan Versa's lower control arms were in need of replacement. They quoted me over $800 for the job. I declined their offer and decided to buy the parts online and replace them myself. After I took out one of the old control arm, I noticed that it was in good conditon and that replacement was not needed at all. I took it to another repair shop for a wheel alignment and a second opinion and was told the same thing. The old control arms were in good condition.

Full Disclosure, NOT Bought my Nissan Sentra brand new from the dealership. Found an odd sticker on my spare tire after getting it home. After a few phone calls later, found out that it was used at the auto show. You know, where people get in and out of cars for days, cranking on every knob and gear.

Customer service was below expectations Scheduled an appointment to have a complimentary car wash but it seems as though they did not wash the car at all. Bird droppings were still on the hood and I specifically asked for the dashboard to be cleaned and it was still dusty.

Morrey Nissan will lie to their customers Horrible customer service. Kept delaying the arrival time of the car and I felt like I was lied to. I was also pressured to complete a customer service survey and give them 100%.

Morrey Nissan will lie to you. I negotiated a price with the salesman on a used car. He went to his sales manager and returned quickly to say that the sales manager agreed on the price. I confirmed with the salesman that the price was as we agreed upon and he said "yes". We sat down to complete the documentation during which the salesman excused himself to check on the inspection document with the sales manager. I have been dealing with Morrey... for the last couple of I have been dealing with Morrey... for the last couple of years and have found that they write on there invoices that they have checked for recalls or notices of the Rogues, they hide by not giving you the proper info and then put on your next invoice, that there where no recalls as such..but when you talk to other company's that are affilated with nissan they are more honest ...they then tell you ahead of time of your appointment or before your next service, the Morr... read more
