The axle shaft on my Nissan Sentra 2023 has been making noise when turning, and it has been getting louder day by day. It was diagnosed at the Nissan dealership back in July 2025, and they kept promising to call me back. But as of today, January 17, 2026, Nissan has done nothing but give empty promises about calling me back. Are they intentionally waiting for a serious accident to happen before they take action? I believe this is super super BAD dealer
It was on 5th July 2022 that my Nissan Armada sprung OBD2 error codes 1759,1757,1278,1279.This indicated that the TCM malfunctioned. I brought it to Morrey Nissan of Burnaby on 12th July 2022. The service rep said that the technician reported burnt transmission oil, clutch wear and that the transmission had a catastrophic failure and needed a new transmission at the cost of $8000. We purchased a used 2018 Infinity from Patrick who was great to deal with. I wish I could say the same about the sales manager who wouldn’t budge on a last request for a $200 price drop. We ended up declining all the service packages offered as a result and will be going elsewhere to have the car serviced.

Worst customer service ever the manager name “Rob Husain” is one of the most unprofessional manager. My car Nissan qashqai 2018 hit the other car ahead of me when rpm went up by itself on an intersection while my foot was on the brake. The car was was stopped almost for one minute because of going construction on the road at that time. Due to some mechanical problem rpm start rising without apply of gas pedal. Disappointing and Discouraging from a Reputable Dealer Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership to say the least. I saw a car on their site, went to go check it out that same day. At the dealership, after going for a test drive, I was hounded by multiple salesmen asking if I wanted to take the care home today. Sold my first Car out from under my deposit I’m an engineer just out of university with a good paying job that I’ve been working at for several years. I put a $500 deposit down on what I was excited to be my first car and they sold it out from under me. I had the deposit down for 3 days and because I didn’t immediatley agree to a 30% interest loan they called me saying the car was to “hot” (Candice, Finance Manager) and folishly, I allowed them to refund my deposit. Lied about accidents in ad This dealership advertised a 2015 Corolla S with 'no accidents'. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to see the car. When I got there, the salesman showed me the CarFax which showed an accident. When I inquired with him about the ad saying 'no accidents' he said 'well it didn't count I guess because the owner had it fixed himself'.
