Sold us a vehicle they knew wasn't working right. How do I know they knew it wasn't working properly? Because they had a booster pack in the back of our seat when we arrived home. So they sold us a car which needs to be boosted constantly. They refuse to fix the issue.. make matters worse my wife was driving with my 7 months old mid drive and the car shuts off while she was driving... which led her with no breaks or power steering. Reference gone bad I referred a friend to this dealership due to a positive experience I had. I regret the referral now as her experience was quite a disappointment. She purchased a Highlander and before delivery there was a couple repairs to be done. Her delivery appt was booked though the vehicle was not ready. Rather than reschedule with her, they had her wait two hours and then tried to rush the repairs. (Month end sales quota to meet??) Dishonest and deceptive I understand that dealers have to make profit, but I believe they would make more happy customers if they played with open cards. Of course that's not going to happen. We got ripped off by lying Finance manager who sold us obscene interest rate of 8.99% on new car. And this was during their Red Tag sale. We were not even given the chance to pop a balloon which may have had some savings or other perks. All in all we were not treated well in this place.
Poor sales service!! I went looking for a RAV4 or C-HR today, but didn't have a single salesman assist me. Very disappointing. Will not be returning here or purchasing from here.
Bad customer service do nothing t buy cars from this dealer Milton Toyota does not offer good prices and specially they give very bad prices of trade inns they lie a lot in the first meeting they show they are the best people on earth and later they do not honour the promises. Please check the prices on unhaggled.ca before go to any dealer you will know the maufacture price of any car so any dealer can not cheat the clients.
Worst after sales service- Damage my car during service Milton Toyota is very good place when you go there as new customer until you made your purchase, once you purchase and even anything left over, sales team and GM ( Mike) won't even recognize you and start behaving like kids and if you start follow them all of them ( GM, lot Manager, HR Manager ) becomes one team and no buddy would be there to support customer.
