Really disappointed with my recent experience at **Milton Toyota**. I booked a tire change and oil change *two weeks in advance*, only to show up and be told my tires—stored with them as part of their **paid tire storage service**—weren’t available. Toyota Milton is a good place to go, for services or buying a new car, But avoid manni sekhon in service dept, not really a good person to talk regarding your car issues
I was a loyal customer buying cars from Milton Toyota and Gorruds for the past 20 years. They offered me $2500 less on my trade in for my truck than another dealership. When I told them the difference, they didn't care. I guess being a loyal customer doesn't matter. I now buy from Georgetown Toyota, no pressure, no up selling very happy with GT Toyota.
Poor customer relation ship. Booked a new Rav4 on May2023.We were kept in the dark for months.When we call for a update very arrogant agent boast about the product rather than giving me correct uodate.He makes yo feel like you are waiting for charity issue,and he is dioing me a personal faver.which is very disrespectful .I was a Toyota loyal customer for last 35 years in different countries.Finally I ccancelled the order on end of September.Sad to miss the Toyota but not Milton Toyota.

Milton Toyota is the WORST dealership. I went in to take over a lease, they wanted to buy it, but they offered the seller a lower offer than mine and the seller decided to go with my offer. They played a sneaky game to get my lease takeover application declined as they were interested. After 2 weeks of wasted time, I found out they submitted the wrong application for me and I was declined. Seller had no other option but to sell his car to Milton Toyota. What a shame! Will never have business with them ever again
My vehicle got an issue with its multimedia radio screen. The vehicle is not functional despite being three weeks old. I spent money for a reliable, popular Highlander vehicle, but I am running to fix the problem now. When I came to the dealer, they didn't even want to check or diagnose it, giving me an appointment in 2 weeks since they told me that they are very busy for the entire season. My fiance bought a certified 2015 Corolla from Milton Toyota. The tires they put on the car were full of dry rot and unsafe for the road. When confronted with this they only offered to sell us a new set of tires at cost, this is absolutely terrible customer service. You can't sell a certified car without safe tires. Do not buy here as they clearly try and cut corners.
