My husband and I were looking for a good used vehicle and we decided to stop at Parkcity Toyota. Next thing we know we are buying a brand new 2012 RAV4. Cindy Chapman and Gayle Gagley were very knowledgable and made our experience a very good one. Both employees were very nice and worked with our needs to the best they could. The good folks at Parkcity Toyota have so far kept me happy. The first person to help me was via the telephone and her name was Cindy Chapman. DONT BOTHER! I brought my 2018 rav in for an oil change, they told me my water pump was leaking, changed me, then it started leaking, wich had never before, a mechanic there told me to never use med hat toyota.. they are told to find or make things wrong with your vehicle to bring in money, i will NEVER take my vehicle back
Don’t waste your time with this dealership. I enquired about ordering a new truck but they never got back to me. Then they had the nerve to say they did phone but it never alerted on my phone and no voicemail. Come on guys all I wanted was for you to admit fault but you couldn’t even do that. Good luck selling vehicles that you don’t have on your lot!
I bought a used Sienna van from this company and after a couple of 1000 miles it developed an oil leak that will cost $3500.00 to fix. add to that a wheel bearing and a broken rad hose we are now upto 1/2 the price I paid. NOT DECLAIRED and maybe even hidden! This is the trick of a cheap car dealer.
Not recommended. Lack of basic professionalism and expertise. 8000km: complained about the battery being dead once. Had to jump it myself. ~16000km: battery was dead again. 3rd time now. They didn't have one in stock. They changed the battery at a later date. Mileage was too close to the 16k mark so they also did the regular servicing under an extended warranty. Service manager leaves a lot to be desired. Poor customer relations. I think service rep was Jim or James. Brought vehicle in for oil change at11:15 am and it was not done until 3:30 pm. I live out of town so feel I was treated badly.
Very disappointed with the service at Toyota. This is the second time we asked for work to to be done and Toyota did not do the work that was requested. They try to do all kinds of other work but not the work that was requested. Would not recommend Parkcity Toyota for any work.
