Great experience buying a used car here We bought a 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe from Craig Duclos over the phone. We are from RedDeer and found the listing on auto trader. Craig was fantastic to help me see the condition of the car. He took pictures and videos for me and answered all the questions I needed answered, it couldn’t have been easier or less stressful!! Shopping at Toyota They were friendly and asked us what wanted in a vehicle. Then they came up with options that we were happy with. The sales person did a great job telling and showing us all about the RAV4 we decided to lease.
Excellent sales team, no pressure The sales team at Parkcity Toyota, Medicine Hat is at the top of their game in my opinion. The products they sell speak for themselves, but the team also knows their stuff! They always have the time to answer questions and steer you in the right direction if you need it. This is the second Toyota we purchased from Cindy, the first being an FJ in 2007, and now the Tundra in 18. Voodoo blue and inferno orange look awesome in our driveway! Keep up the good work guys!
Always excellent! My husband and I have been dealing with park city for over 10 years. We have been so impressed with the way we have been treated since day 1. The sales people are very friendly and eager to help, we have never left feeling like we have been ripped off, which is rare these days. And the service team is great as well always willing to go the extra mime for you. We will continue to go to park city for a great many years to come and we recommend them every where we go.
My New Rav4! Love this dealership! Kim Hulbert sold me a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and she was patient, understanding and helpful. She wasn’t pushy at all and explained everything. The sales Manager Gayle Gagley was also very patient and helpful. Kerri Gagley and Erin Bailey were awesome too. When I came in to get my vehicle, everyone that worked there came and congratulated me and shared the excitement of owning my new vehicle! The whole experience was absolutely amazing!
my new corolla i just moved up from a 2016 corolla to a 2018 corolla because of the added safety features. Cindy Chapman was my sales attendant.
