I commend Tim as our sales advisor. He answered all my inquiries about our 2020 RAV4. He also did his best to give a better rate on our purchase. He immediately informed the one who’s in-charged in delivering the vehicle when I changed my mind about the color of the vehicle. And our RAV4 is ready in just 4 days after our agreement. He also assisted me to follow up the installation of the remote starter in the service department in just a week after bringing home our brand new rav4.
