The service department is joke. What they fix wont be done right so plan on a return trip. Find somewhere else to waste your money.

Shane Harold is so rude and terribly unpleasant and unprofessional in his service to a first time customer. I was given an appointment to view a car, I got there for the appointment and was told the car had been sold 15-30 minutes before, I enquired as to why I wasn’t called to cancel the appointment so I don’t have to drive for 20 minutes on the highway to their branch and Shane Harold said that their business is only to sell cars and he asked me get out! Wow 😲

First impression was good however caution needs to be used when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. 1 of the 6 extra features listed In their add was not on the vehicle and 1 of the 6 did not work. Both were attractive to me and I probably would not have purchased the vehicle had I known this. When I enquired about the feature that did not work no one even replied. Horrible experience when you need a car service. The technician was very rude. My car had a little problem involving a cable getting stuck/corroded, preventing my hood to latch on properly. They never did anything to the car, just a little spray of lubricant to free up the cable. Then they charged mr 80 dollars, kept my keys hostaged at that part. 80 dollars, for what? The receptionist was clueless about the stuff he was making up to milk out the 80 dollars from me. They had no clue that I'm very knowledgeable about car mech... read more

worst dealership car service. please do not come here, they lie and make a bunch of BS just to get your money. They don't care about customers, just their pay checks. rude, disgusting and unprofessional. maliciously lying to potential customers.

Worst Service Department ever. Service Manager Carl Realica puts parts in your car that you don’t even need. Had my vehicle there 7 times for same problem, then he told me it would cost another 1,065.00 to fix my vehicle when he had already charged me for a 500.00 for a part I didn’t need (he refunded me the $500.00 but when I asked him if I spend another 1,065.00 if he could assure me this would fix my vehicle he said he couldn’t be sure, I would have to keep spending money until they figured out what was wrong. Waiting a week for warranty service and a call back No sure how they get these ratings. First time going there and it has already been bad. Waited 3 days for an oil change with no call backs. We needed to follow up each day only to learn the truck was still not ready. They finally found the issue only after calling Nissan Canada. It was supposed to be fixed as the part landed a few days ago. i called to follow up only yo learn the manager will call me with an update. Worst experience I had gotten a call from the dealership saying they wanted to buy my car. Went in to get it appraised and ended up turning down their offer. I went to shop else where and ended up trading in my 2016 Rogue for another brand altogether. Got the run around when I asked for my buyout amount to be emailed to me. Shane was never there or busy when I called. Final received it a week later from the dearership. Then it was another game of the run around getting the bill of sale for the rogue. Pressure Sales and Lies Went in to buy a car for my wife. When we took cars for a test drive, the salesperson, directed the route and stressed out my wife, she was not able to relax and just drive the car with him constantly giving her instructions on where to go.
