DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Robbie Paul, Shane Harold & Nav Bains are liars and will change the deal agreed upon even after signing and delivery of vehicle. I purchased a brand new Rogue last year and was promised 2 years of free oil changes. I signed and took delivery of the vehicle on . Terrible. Would never ever recommend this dealership. Super shady too. Siem and his manager Mo made countless promises they did not fulfill, offered terrible compensation for the mistakes they made and the time they wasted.
The sales agent don't know how to value business and their sales agent Evelyn is more after the money/commission instead of how they can help their clients. I find it a waste of time going there and I will never coming back again to McPhillips Nissan. This branch is a junk.
Bought a car 8 months ago did not fill gas tank up when we picked it up. Son was returning home so was going to sell car back to dealer, left several messages with finance guy , never returned call . Called dealership got talking to receptionist ( she was fantastic) she tried putting through to numerous personnel so I could ask the question and what we need to do to sell back. Very unhappy with our experience at this dealership. They really are focused on themselves and not the customer. During the entire process communication was fair at best. They barely budged on their price because they said of how much they gave their sales manager's son when he traded it in. So obviously we had to end up paying for this. Talk about nepotism. Constantly trying to upcharge. Went in for a service package and had a charge of around $20 on top of it. Asked what it was and was told "shop supplies", rags, brake cleaner, etc. I said shouldn't that be part of the price of the package?? Also, was not informed there would be extra BS charges. Will not return on principle. Was it worth milking the extra $20 out of me?
Worst service people, especially Josh Doria. Arrogant and disrespectful. He does not help and endeavour to give solutions. He is not welcoming. I hate to see this kind of people. You need to retrain Josh Doria in order to improve customer service.

After purchase phoned a couple of times for info and no call backs Was not told that lock on front passenger door does not lock Not told only one key for vehicle. And above all found that each wheel was missing a lug nut!!! Appears to be the locking one but then why would it be missing— no key. How could it pass a safety with each wheel missing a lug nut!!?? Oh well, word of mouth reaches far…
