Won’t accept a bank draft for payment. Insist on only wire transfer for any payments over 10k. Advise you to look elsewhere. This is a practice that no other Toyota dealer in Ontario requires for payment. I’m spending $65k on a vehicle I should have some options for how I want to pay. Look elsewhere.

I was there today and it seems that they don't have any RAV4 in stock and don't even care about helping us in any way. If you like to go there and buy used cars go for it.. they are really overpriced
I bought a 2016 Highlander from this dealership. These people did not provide me a copy of a safety certificate when I bought the car which is very wrong. A couple of days after buying the car, the back wipers did not work, which doesn't make any sense if they did a safety on the car since they check all wipers. I informed this issue to the Service Manager at the dealership and he said he has ordered the part for the wiper and I have to drive all the way from Waterloo to Vaughn so they can install it. Kevin Khandan is the WORST Financial services manager I have ever dealt with! I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla back in December 2019, and last year I started having problems with the car. I bought the car brand new from the factory and during the purchase of the car (My first time buying one) Kevin Khandan sold me all of these "essential warranties" such as the ECP 'Platinum Package' and tire and rim package. My car was due for oil change call them couple of times left a massage but no response finally I booked online once I got on dealerships the guy said we cant do oil change right away you have to drop a car
Today I went to Maple Toyota For service and I have appointments at 11 o’clock but they didn’t do anything till 1230 and the reason was that somebody didn’t put the key in dropbox in order They wasted my time for around four hours and they didn’t have any facility out there for the customer my face got burned and the weather was too hot that was a really bad day Because of the current situation they chose that nobody can go in but they didn’t have any facility out for customers.
