xxxx service, diamond charge Maple Toyota is worst service dealer in this area. Changed engine sensor cost $1600. I just did tire rotation and engine oil change, in today’s routine maintenance, maple Toyota changed engine oil again, did tire rotation again. Technician damaged my four rims as well. Never trust Maple Toyota again.

THE MECHANIC DIAGNOSE MY TACOMA WRONG!!! Job not complete Terrible service! When the car was initially purchased there was a chip on the windshield and one of the break lights were out. Toyota refused to fix it after making it clear to us that the damages would be covered. When we tried to get a hold of the sales advisor Andrea, he became non responsive. Miserable Customer service and Not a Trustworthy place I used to bring my 2 vehicle for service since ladt few years. Today, I picked my car after their maintenance service and paid $150 which includes all lubrication to the hinges and door contacts etc. Top up all fluids and general check up. When I pick up the vehicle, there was a big black hand mark at the front. No fluid was topped up. And hinges were dry. Broken promises and Services not performed Purchased a used 1-year old Prius from Maple Toyota. As part of the deal had requested (and had approved) the provision of a portable booster. Reminded the salesperson multiple times. Still no booster. Gave up - still annoyed. Will not buy from them again. Ever. Terrible Service My wife booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get her snow tires on, and have the regular oil and filter service. She arrived at 9am, the time of her appointment. She sat in the waiting area for an hour, and went up to the service counter to ask when her car was going to go in the shop. The service advisor did not give any information. 2015 toyota tundra price increse 2 days ago 2015 tundra with 21 000km was $32 888 today I checked it went up to $33 748 same 2015 tundra with the 21 000km that's just sad I would not shop at this dealership
All about the Sale Marti Sison was the sales rep who sold me my car. All the dealerships are the same, salesperson the same, all out for the sale. Just be sure to do your research before you go in and don't be persuaded into purchasing a car you didn't go to look at. Do not get their rustproofing package you can get it done else where for far less, after all it isn't even done in-house. Just stick to your budget and don't give into the pressure, if you are trading in your car try selling it first or taking it to a scarp yard... read more
