I waited 2 hours they did not do even the diagnostic test Very Poor Service...The Manager is a Jerk....I spent 2 hours during work time...He did not even check my car..I had to leave...
It takes forever to get your car fixed. I have had good experience with the leasing department, but the service department is awful. It took over 48hrs just to fix a fuel pump on a 2014 Pathfinder.

They push you for useless expensive maintenance service The last service they pushed me for useless service saying that is is strongly recommended by Nissan. After I checked the Maintenance Operation Table in the Owner's Manual, I figured out that all their words are xxxxxxxx, and they keep you for an idiot while you trust them. Moreover, their so called "certified" technician is not able to properly pump tires, and made a tire pressure of 2.5 kg/sq.cm instead of 2.3 kg/sq.cm required by Nissan. Not true to their word Another one of those I will do this and then turnaround and say well it was verbally told to you by a Manager, so you can't believe in what we say can you? How stupid am I to take people at their word today, I guess I was born yesterday. Good Job Maple Nissan!
Stupid Service This Maple Nussan is Suck They are not doing their job done on time which is very annoying to me. I really upset about that the Maple Nissan Service Department. They should have a new manager.
Awful Buying Experience The sales guy we dealt with knew nothing about the car, finance rates, warranty, licensing, etc. If you do decide to buy here, just ask for a manager from the start...saves time.
Cannot trust what they tell me I have been taking my daughter's Altima and my Murano to them for years, never questioning their advice. This time, when they told me that my rear brake pads were worn out and I should replace the pads and the rotors, and the front pads were getting low and they should be changed as well as the front rotors, I decided that I needed to go elsewhere. After all, they had serviced my Murano from day 1 and if the pads were low they should have replaced them before any damage was done to the rotors. ... read more
No customer service My son and I walked into Maple Nissan to take look at the 370z , as we entered right there and then we should have walked out as no one even acknowledged us , so we went to look at a 2016 370z convertible and no sale agents took time to come over (seems they were busy sitting at there desk) then we decided to go look at newer hoping someone will come help us on pricing and options and again to busy chatting amongst themselves...needless to say after 15mins of standing around we left .. to bad they lost a ... read more
