We were happy the way we were attended to and classify the service as "very good". We would, however, suggest that the chart we were presented with to help us decide what kind of warranty extension to choose from, needs to be improved. It was rather confusing and the print too small for seniors' eyes to read.

I had good experiences with this dealership from day one. only problem is the service is not up to date everytime I go in they keep saying this has to be done and so on but it was done from before.and when you tell them a problem they always have a stupid answer customer deserves a better answer

I recently purchased a used Nissan Kicks at Maple Nissan in Vaughan. I was greeted by a sales agent Aneet Singh. I had a good experience as Aneet demonstrate great knowledge about my “trade in”as well as the used kicks model for sale. I realize the sales team has guidelines to follow however I felt he was doing his best for “the customer” as well. Questionnable for recommend or not as noted by another reviewer I had what were unnecessary, and worse, harmful in the end, repairs performed as they were "recommended" by Nissan. When I had new problems I attribute to the "repair" I contacted Nissan who denies issuing any instruction that would necessitate the repair performed. The work seemed like a hoax to me. Happy with the purchase process but no longer have the car serviced by them
Service my car. I had a problem with my vehicle today about my front end of my car. And had a problem with my heating system. I addressed the problem to Mr. Victor Lee and he took care of it right away. He was friendly and kind of made me understand the problem with my vehicle and what they done to it I will recommend Mr. Lee to anyone thank you very much for your Work.
Wow! Wow! Wow! Great customer experience!! I was in the market for either a 2014 or 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and I had been scanning Autotrader.ca for a couple of weeks comparing options and prices.
