New Altima. Quality sales team. Came out of town 100kms and handled most of the details by email so when arrived it was handled quickly. Don't like sitting waiting for stuff that could have been done ahead of time so file was ready and car plated. Been back numerous times for service. All good. Have sent two other family members here. Both Infiniti cars. All were treated well. Sales and service is good as it gets.
Great service provided when you walk in the door. Was met in the lot when we were parking the car (Some might say it's aggressive but Paul was great and our first impression was friendly), It was a freezing cold day but he gave us a really thorough tour of the lot and the service centre. I brought my vehicle to the dealership due to loud, screeching noises in the rear right side while driving. Following the diagnosis, I was told the differential coupler needed to be fixed for $3500. They made this repair within two hours, however, when I received the vehicle, there was a burnt oil smell which intensified while driving. Neil, was a complete joke! (used car salesman) Caught in at least 2 lies. He is very immature in dealing with customers & has harrassed myself & my wife both with several phone calls & text messages over several days. Complained to manager who took photo of my received text from this person. I had a very bad experience. After purchasing a brand new Infiniti QX60 I went to London Infiniti for my first service. Thae auto wipers do not work and the dealer advised they could not service the vehicle. They the od me it was covered under warranty but I would have to take it back where I purchased to have the warranty work done which is 2 hours away. This was a really bad experience.
