Great Experience!!! Team of professionals! Our sales representative Kevin Loth was the most attentive to our needs and comfort. Excellent Service I bought a used vehicle from Lexus on the park dealership. Farzad A. Jafari assisted me during my decision buying a car. He is the best salesman ever. First, he asked me some questions to understand what kind of car do I really need. He never push me to buy a car. Another Great Experience This is the third Lexus I have purchased from this dealership. The two most recent I have worked with Thomas Homewood. He took the time to discuss my needs, recommended the proper vehicles to meet them and did not try to "upsell me", or pressure me. Both times Thomas made the buying experience very enjoyable. This is my title Took a couple days longer to get my vehicle. Warranty lady was little rude and un friendly. Overall the experience was above average. The traction control in my new used vehicle not working. Also driver side window washer sprayer not working. What can I do for this ? I just bought the car.
