Five star service I brought my Lexus ES 350 in for my 7:30 service appointment and was greeted by name. Very professional. A few minutes later, my service advisor, Brian Mitchell, processed my service requirements (oil change) very efficiently. He called me a bit later to advise of additional service that was required and understood that time was of the essence and was able to get the repairs completed quickly.
