Exceptional Service Remarkable Service! Alex (Sales rep) and Anthony (Sales Manager) made sure i got the car I wanted, even getting it from another province. At pick up, Rene's (Delivery) knowledge was impressive. He had great patience and paid great attention to detail. Lazar (Finance) continued the level of service that me realized that good customer service is really part of the workplace culture at Lexus on the Park.

Purchase of Certified Pre-Owned IS 300 My experience at Lexus on the Park was EXCELLENT. The attention I received from the moment I entered the dealership to the moment I left was like nothing else I had seen before. All my concerns were addressed by John and Benjamin. I even got an orientation session in the car with Josie to learn about all the options available to me and was encouraged to come back if I needed a refresher! Thank you!!

LOTP Team & Experience My LOTP experience was incredible. We'd decided on the vehicle, gone ahead with the order and last minute had to change our delivery date by one month, because of personal finances and purchasing a new home. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and understanding about our experience, they never once made us feel badly about it. A pleasant experience at LOTP We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all of the staff members who have helped us in our recent purchase of RX350.
