THE Best Stephen De Silva and the team there make other brand dealerships look like the stereotypical used car salespeople. The sales process happens with class and everyone leaves the process with a smile and their dignity intact! And the after sales process and servicing is conducted by people that really care. While I didn’t work with Altair Baxter the GM on the sale itself he is never too far from the action to make sure all is well. Second to none overall!

Attentive and quick. Caring and understanding Lexus IS definitely known for their customer service and takes full responsibility for their cars and owners. They really are top notch when it comes to accommodating the customer and flexibility across the board. Although the I was super upset with the car issue and bill, that has nothing to do with the treatment I received. Brian Mitchell was amazing - excellent person for your brand!

Professional and knowledge on all aspect of the product. The Service centre and Sales are very knowledgeable on Lexus product and treated customers in a very professionally. My experience at Alexus on the Park Before anything else,I would like to thank Abbas (works as a salesman at Scarborough Toyota) for helping us get our new car. Problem solved in a few minutes. Carl Harrison greeted me with a warm smile.I explained that both my husband and I were stymied.... we could not open the trunk on our ES 350 which we have owned for nine years. I expected a long wait and costly repair. He knew immediately how to solve the problem by adjusting a switch in the glove compartment. And I was on the road again in minutes. Another great visit at Lexus on the Park! And no charge.
