He’s very knowledgeable, accommodating and will give you all the facts you need to comfortably make your purchase. He went out of his way to ensure we were very happy. From the time we set foot there to the day we picked up our cars every little detail was handled beautifully. Gary made the whole process a very pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service as always This is my second experience with Lexus of Richmond Hill. The customer service is excellent, even I'm looking at a pre-owned car. Salesman Imtiaz Cheval is very helpful and does care about his "customer". No complaint at all.
I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO COME BACK!! I have driven Lexus since they were first introduced to Canada. I did buy a vehicle previously from Richmond Hill, and on that occasion I was very disappointed with the 'couldn't get me out of there fast enough' attitude, when the salesman at the time was going over the new car features.
