My salesman Greg Ashkenazy was excellent, true to his word and called me numerous times to assure me that all would be done properly as my car was safetied and became ready for pick up. I have been dealing with the Assistant Service Manager, Sean Guyadeen, at the Lexus Richmond Hill for a couple of visits already. For each visit, I can only think of nothing but positive attitude from Sean. The last time (Sept 13, 2023) I was there was to have the flat tire fixed and need a wheel lock key for my Lexus NX300, I just have to commend the excellent and professional service I received from Sean. Let me say. Don't waste your time going to other dealerships for a vehicle. RICHMOND HILL LEXUS is #1.
