Rick is amazing. Not only is he a wonderful person, but he’s also a magician. Only Rick was able to get me into an RX450h+ in such a short time. Went to Lexus london to find an suv for the wife, we looked and didn't find something, I got a V8 in Alberta instead but the customer service was amazing and showed us all that we need.

From the moment I walked through the door Rick and the crew treated me like family even though this was my first time at the dealership and I didn't have a scheduled meeting.
