I recently visited Lexus of London in search of a new Hybrid SUV to replace my 2018 Acura MDX Hybrid. Shortly after I started browsing the showroom, Jillian offered her assistance and we proceeded to sort out what my best option would be. The team at Lexus, specifically Peter Engelmanas, went above and beyond to support and help me with an issue I had with a Lexus purchased from a dealership in North London.. even though it wasn't purchased from them directly, they treated me as if I did and even helped to cover the cost of some parts that should have been out of pocket for me. I will be coming back for service for the remaining life of this vehicle. They are a honest group of people, something hard to find these days...
Lisa was friendly, fast and easy to work with. No concerns. Pick up could have been better no red Lexus bow, and missing item ordered on pick up day.
