Great fast service Took my car in because the tire lock was no longer working. I had managed to get one summer tire on before it got stripped so had 3 snow tires still on. Also needed some repairs done that had been identified. I was in and out in 2 hours and they replaced my lock bolts with regular bolts as then I didn't need to purchase a new lock. I was fine with that. . Thanks Henry and your team.
Great communication and experience Lexus of London is a great dealership. They were very helpful in my purchase of a used vehicle. It was actually an Audi (that was taken in on trade-in). Awesome service orientation Everyone in the dealership is service-oriented, and this obviously comes from senior management and the values of the organization as a whole. We were able to negotiate a good deal for our trade and get a fair price for our new vehicle. Dealing with the finance people was pleasant and the delivery specialist was first rate. We already owned a Lexus so we knew the quality of the dealership.
