Walked in after trying another dealership just to see what Lexus London has to offer. I was introduced to Kevin. Told him what I was looking for and what I am currently driving. He suggested RX350. Took it for a drive. Loved it and bought it the same day/visit. I just purchased a 2020 RX 350 Executive Driven demo from Rick Watson. Very impressed with the time and respect that he gave to me.
