Kevin was great at his job. We appreciated the care that he took re Covid-19. He graciously offered water and he went out of his way to be sure that we were totally aware of all of the features car that we were interested in. He was extremely polite, well spoken and we could not have asked for a better presentation. We did in the end decide to go with an Infiniti, because my wife liked. its lines better.
I just purchased a vehicle from Lexus London and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of my Sales Rep Sue Vincent. She was a pleasure to deal with and quite knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle I purchased. I would without a doubt recommend Lexus London even though I travelled over 2 hours to get to the dealership!! I tried dealing with other Lexus Dealerships closer to my vicinity but was either given the run around or not contacted back in a timely manner! Sal.
I hae bought 4 Lexus SUV's. I have also been very pleased with the sales persons. The service dept. has always been honest and done the work well. I have always been given a loaner car if requested. My last visit (Dec. 15) for service was a surprise as there was major work (head gasket) to replaced on a 2015 SUV with 138 KM. The service clearly explained the problem. I visited the Lexus of London showroom and was attended to by Rick. He already had the car available and didn’t waste time in working me through the process. I purchased my 2010 Lexus new from Lexus of London . And have them serviced it several time , this week it had a recal for a air bag replacement and have enjoyed dealing with them and would highly recommend them
